How to Make Vegan Jello
A plant-based main featuring grape.

01Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper for easier jello removal later. If you would prefer to use individual serving bowls, there's no need to grease them. 2. Pour the fruit juice into a small saucepan, and add in the agar agar flakes. Bring the juice to a boil, then lower the heat and whisk often until the agar flakes have dissolved. This should take about 5 minutes. 3. Pour the liquid into the prepared dish (or several small bowls), then transfer the dish to your refrigerator to set. It will take at least 2 hours to cool completely. Slice into squares and serve chilled. Jello should keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 4. prep15 mins 5. cook10 mins 6. total25 mins
