Chocolate Banana Pudding Parfaits

- 0.2 2 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding
- 0.2 3 medium, sliced ripe bananas
- 0.2 1 1/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 0.2 1 tablespoon pure honey
- 0.2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.2 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs
- 0.2 5 tablespoons crushed whole-grain graham crackers or oat biscuits
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Prepare five small glasses or bowls for serving.
3. Spoon a few tablespoons of pudding into the bottom of each glass.
4. Add a layer of banana slices, then a spoonful of the yogurt mixture.
5. Sprinkle a teaspoon of crushed graham cracker over the yogurt.
6. Repeat the layering until ingredients are used up, finishing with a small dollop of yogurt.
7. Garnish each with chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs.
8. Chill for 10 minutes before serving or serve immediately.
